Just 60 days after the NFL combine in Indianapolis, Indiana, center stage is on Nashville, Tennessee, this week as the NFL draft commences on April 25th. The hopes and dream of players, family members, fans and fantasy gurus begin on this evening.
The combine a test of speed, agility, and football related skills generates an early target of young talent. Those with stand out performances are expected to lead the 2019 draft class through the first round of the NFL draft.
Each year sleeper picks and later round surprises are the core by which shapes the foundation of the football franchise and provides depth to their rosters.

Traditionally quarterbacks takes center stage at the combine and draft, this year is no exception, Kyler Murray, Dwayne Haskins and Drew Lock are the top three prospects. These talents could one day transform their prospective teams but only if their are protected.
Changing the focus to our offensive lineman in the draft, I feel is the nucleus of any team’s offensive strategy a solid line can dictate the game and change the outcome. Andre Dillard from Washington State and Jonah Williams from Alabama lead this year draft prospects at this position but many teams will need to go into the deeper early rounds to find their perennial game changers.

The third round is a tremendous place to find additional offensive lineman, Wisconsin is bolstering two third round prospects this year in David Edwards and Michael Deiter, while South Carolina’s Dennis Daley and Oklahoma’s Dru Samia who protected Kyler Murray during his Heisman Trophy winning season round out the third round list of impact offensive lineman.
Be sure to reserve your spot on the couch the evening of April 25th to learn who will be selected overall and which players will be the latest name chanted from the stadium seats. The NFL Network and ESPN will be the primary networks carrying the 2019 NFL Draft!
